Mental Health Wellness Center offers a FREE Workshop. Mindful movement’s free form dance leads to emotional and physical freedom and flexibility. Dance is welcomed in differing self-guided degrees after a brief opening personal intention. Dance serves as a form of meditation, helping students cope with stress and move to serenity and inspiration. Open to all abilities, genders, cultures, and ages, and is free for students and staff.  WEDNESDAYS AT 1 PM ON THE LAWN OUTSIDE BUILDING 17 (Closest Parking Lot: L)
